Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Package Your Equipment

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, tools, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
